JSC "Grodno meat-packing plant" participated in the XI International exhibition "Spring in Gomel, which was held from 18 to 21 April 2010goda in Gomel. Throughout the exhibition were tasting products of JSC "Grodno meat-packing plant" and there were promotional materials about the company (product catalogs, flyers, price lists).
The main objective of the enterprise's participation - to conquer and expand the market for sales in the trading network of the city of Gomel and Gomel region.
To this end, meetings were held and business negotiations between representatives of JSC "Grodno Meat-Packing Plant", representatives of the commissioners and sales representatives of the retail network.
JSC "Grodno Meat-Packing Plant" in the international exhibition "Spring in Gomel" was awarded a diploma for participation in the exhibition and a diploma for winning the nomination "The original stand".

Public corporation «Grodno meat-packing plant» has put into operation a new department for premium grade product production
At Public corporation «Grodno meat-packing plant» a new department for premium grade product production has put into operation — smoked è and summer products. So an investment program for year 2009 is practically finished with this event. As a result the enterprise is planning to get the extra profit at amount of about 300 mln Br per month.

Practically the present project is a complicated technological reconstruction. «As it is known, we do not have any possibilities for territorial widening, — emphasize Vladimir Philipovich, the chef engineer. — That’s why the modernization plans included not just a construction of the next department but the total reconstruction of whole our technical configuration. So, at the first stage in September of the present year the department for by-products sausages production was moved to a separate location and at the free territory a high effective production of smoked and summer products was organized in November, as well as the boiled sausage and small sausages production was widened».

This in particular presented a possibility to enlarge the production of premium grade products almost in two times – from 50 up to 90 tons per months. We say about such delicacies as Babyshkin gostinec, okorok Grodnensky, Rozhdestvensky. At the modernized plant a modern equipment of the company Vemag is installed, which characteristics greatly overcome the using at other native enterprises of the meat processing sphere. The equipment ensures optimal technological regimes, is distinguished with high energy effectiveness and low waste level while processing.

It’s necessary to note that the shop for by-products sausages production (liver sausage and blood-pudding, headcheese, saltisons, paste, jelly meat products) also possesses considerable innovative potential. Nowadays the output of these appropriate according to the price products is enlarged for 50% - up to 6 tons, but it is planned to supply about 20 tons per day in future.

So the plant has changed its technological configuration within the shortest period, at these the additional volumes of products are ensured to be required by the consumers, as Anatoly Grishuk, the general director of Public corporation «Grodno meat-packing plant», is sure: «The requirement structure within the crisis period is surely changed and it is proved by our marketing searching data, the constant monitoring of the trade net. Buyers, wholesale companies, importers have become more attentive and particular to the quality and range of the offered products. That is the reason for necessity of reasonable renege management at the widest grade: from premium up to economy grade. Quick modernization allows the plant to manage successfully with this task».

The other important strategic goal of the technical modernization program is saving and strengthening of the enterprise position at external markets, where about 25–30% of the output products is supplied. Food safety norms, internal ecological and sanitary-hygienic standards stipulated at the plant overcome the EU regulations and Rospotrebnadzor rules requirements in force according to the number of rates. That became possible due to scale investment to the production sphere attracted by the technological leader of the native meat processing sphere during the last years. We are to note that in the beginning of the year the plant has plant to invest 12,5 mlrd Br to the production sphere development but according to the 10 months results the total amount of investment has already amounted up to 23 mlrd Br.

JSC Grodno meat-packing plant: a new shop is put into operation.

Grodno meat-packing plant has put into operation a new shop on by-products processing, having finished the next modernization stage ahead of schedule.

   According to the construction regulations in force a new shop was planned to put into operation not earlier than in March-April 2010. But having examined the market situation the enterprise management has decided to speed up the works. The demand for by-products such as liver sausage, blood-pudding, headcheese, saltison, paste, meat products in jelly is constantly increasing.
The general director of the enterprise Anatoly Grishuk notes that the plant has offered its consumers not just meat menu at obtainable price. Due to new technological methods and equipment usage the processing of products with improved flavoring qualities has been arranged.
For example, paste simply backed may be by right put onto a holiday table together with exclusive plant’s delicacies such as premium-class smoked products Babushkin gostinec or Okorok Grodnensky. After the shop’s putting into operation the by-products production increased for 50% that is up to 6 tons per shift.
It is worth noting that new shop building-up required up-to-date engineering solutions application in order to absolutely meet the modern sanitary standards and the highest technological culture. Good shop’s arrangement enabled increasing the main operations automation grade, exclude waste products formation, improve working conditions.
- We haven’t exceed the bounds of working area even for a meter, - notes chef-engineer Vladimir Filipovich. – For this we simply have not territorial possibilities that made the projector’s task extremely difficult. But finally it was solved. As a result at one side we were able to arrange the sausage by-products shop into a separate location, at the other – to exempt the place for increasing summer and boiled sausages and other products processing.
Specialists have calculated that such rebuilding of the plant’s infrastructure permits to get additional profit at amount of 300 mln. rubles per month. In sight JSC Grodno meat-packing plant is planning to supply to the shops’ counters about 20 tons of by-products per day. Demand for such products is increasing and the Grodno enterprise is planning to consolidate its position at the product segment of economy class.

Grodno meat-packing plant has put into operation a new shop on by-products processing, having finished the next modernization stage ahead of schedule.

   Garadzenski maentak Karobchyzy is not just an entertaining complex; it is a beautiful, bright example of Belarusian architecture. One may feel the spirit of people’s way of life, touch the amenities of virgin nature. It is a place for valuable rest. At the territory of 16 hectares with wonderful natural landscape, large and small ponds, there are forests inhabit by wild animals. This territory was noticed by meat-packing plant 7 years ago already. Firstly a power-saw bench was rented here, then this territory was bought and a construction of an original historical place was begun.
Nowadays there is a stable for horses and ponies of different kinds at the Garadzenski maentak Karobchyzy. A riding-house is situated nearby where under the trainer’s control one may ride a horse or a pony. One may go by a coach for an overview excursion with a guide who will tell about the diversity of flora and fauna at the Garadzenski maentak Karobchyzy. Newly-married couples may order a wedding cortege for a walk. For concerts and holiday actions a stage is constructed and 150 places for viewers. In the middle of the estate there is a territory where wild animals such as wild boars and deer are free. Visitors get the opportunity to watch them closely during the excursion. There are tens of exotic birds in the open-air cages at the Garadzenski maentak Karobchyzy. There is a arbour at the lake side where one may have a rest and enjoy pleasant atmosphere. Beside the lake at a small rivulet open-air cages with birds, wild and domestic animals are situated. After having the overview excursion through the territory of Garadzenski maentak Karobchyzy which takes 1.5-2 hours you have opportunity to have a rest at a restaurant Zamak Zevany where you may taste traditional special drink modovyha which is made according to the receipts of our forefathers.
