In unit-dose clay pots, combine diced potatoes, fried sausage chops, browned onion, pepper, egg-plants. Pour in bouillon, mix in garlic, salt, pot-herbs, pepper and place in the oven. 10 minutes before it is ready, add tomatoes. Serve the roast meat in the casseroles it was cooked in.
